Pheobos

Pheobos is one of Mars moons in fact it is the largest and closest to Mars. I love this moon because it is so unusual it doesn't even have the shape of a real moon. It appear to look like a asteroid orbiting around Mars. Also because it as it's own little belief that one day Pheobos will crash into Mars because they always getting closer to each other.

Air masses

The four types of main air masses cT continental tropical cP continental polar mP maritime polar mT maritime tropical. Maritime tropical bring hurricanes. Continental tropical bring drought. Maritime polar bring lake - effect snowstorms. Two other types of airmasses is continental arctic cA is dry and cold and continental antarctic cAA is extremly cold.

"IR" Raditation

IR raditation is electormagnetic raditation whose wave length is longer than visble light. The three main green house gases are carbon dioxide, methane,and nitrous oxide. I think greenhouse gases is a bad thing because it causes global warming.

Global warming is the riseing of earth's average tempture. Right now I am not sure but i kind of belive because they whole thing with the melting ice and the polar bears in antartica. The melting of ice in antartica keeping polar bears from food so they start eating each other. The polar bear are dying of drowning because they can't swim the distances between the melting sea ice because of global warming.

Hurricanes

I chose hurricane Iris on the Saffir-Simpson scale it's a category 4. The hurricane killed 31 people and they didn't met ion the cost of damages. Hurricane Iris became to form on Oct 4 2001 and went into the eastern caribbean there it became a tropical storm on the 5th and a hurricane on the 6th . Then Iris went westward came to the south of Jamaica it came to Belize and became a small category 4 hurricane.

The reason we should recycle glass because it saves about nine gallons of fuel oil needed to makeglass. Another reason is that 30% of glass containers is stores can be recycled. The last reason is that glass containers can be recycled with no loss of quantity of quality.

I think it's better to recycle than reusing because you are can make new thing out of recycle trash. It's not just good but heatlher for people and the environment that way I don't think in is good to reuse thing because people can get sick and there being stingy to the environment.

My ocean is the Pacific. The five important natural resoucres that people get from the Pacific ocean are fish like Salmon, Sardines, Snappers, Sword fish, Tuna, and Shell fish. They get pearls from the Pacific. Also they get sand and gravel aggregates, placer deposits, and polymetallic.

What grade do i deserve

Earthquakes

I think earthquakes are potentially more dangerous because they can happen any time any where around the world. Also they can cause more damage more than any volcano can. My example of the reason earthquakes are possibly more dangerous is the massive earthquake of 1906 is San Francisco the causes fires and took down the whole city. The earthquake took 3,000 peoples lives.

The deepest mine in the world is 3.6 kilometers deep. In order to reach the earth's mantle you would have to dig 6,378km. If my friends and I wanted to dig to the center of the earth the mantle would look like soild rock and other minerals. When we reach the outer core it would but thick molten rock

what grade do I deserve

I think I deserve a at least a ninety on the blog post because i try to do my best and give a hundred percent on all the blog post even the one i don't understand. I always try to make it look ready good and try to follow all the directions.

my favortive map projection is the Gonimic map projection because its so unquie from the rest of the map projection. I think it so cool how they can take the top of earth which is round and make it flat. I wonder how the map this map and get it just right.

Astronomy

I find astronomy very interesting because it deals with the study of the stars. I love stars I think they are beatiful. I would like to know other thing about stars like how are they made and things like that. One day I would like to study the stars one day. I think that it would be so cool to do something like that.
